This is a remote role.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 12 years of industry experience or equivalent, with experience delivering high-quality features into production.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Senior Technical Lead level
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with SaaS, service-oriented architectures, microservices, and web application development. Experience with system performance trade-offs, load balancing, and engineering for high availability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java (preffered) or C#.NET, Node.js, Python, Go and related technologies.
- Knowledge of MySQL, Redis, Snowflake, Prometheus, Kafka, Kinesis, and Grafana.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AWS (primary), with knowledge of Azure or GCP.
- Expertise in addressing "-ility" challenges such as extensibility, observability, scalability, and reliability.
- T-Shaped Skillset: Broad technological knowledge with expertise in specific areas.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory. Your role will involve international team interactions, and only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
