Web & Automation Developer (n8n / Webflow / Low-code).
Your role and skillset
Your mission as a Web & Automation Developer on the Revenue Ops team is to bring to life the technology needed to deliver Revenue results, working directly with Agendor's CRO (Júlio Paulillo), colleagues from the Revenue Ops area, and the Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.
You will actively work on creating automations and system integrations (using n8n and APIs from various platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack, Mautic, Crisp, etc.), automating processes for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, evolving our Marketing Site (built on Webflow), setting up A/B tests (Posthog/Mixpanel), implementing landing pages, developing and configuring scripts in Google Tag Manager, OptinMonster, and Google Sheets, configuring proper event and conversion tracking in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Ads Platforms, evolving and creating new digital tools (such as the "Funil dos Sonhos," using React), developing small back-office systems (using Low-code/No-code platforms), and contributing to Growth projects directly in Agendor’s Web App.
Requirements
- 3 years of full-stack development experience
- Proficient with HTML5, JavaScript (ES6), CSS and React
- Exposure to back-end development using Node.js or similar frameworks🧨
- Solid grasp of JSON handling plus map/filter/reduce data operations 🧨
- Experience using worker threads or queues to run tasks in parallel🧨
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with n8n or comparable workflow-automation tools
- Familiarity with Make (Formerly Integromat), Zapier, or Pluga integrations
- Knowledge of the HTTP protocol
- Familiarity with Low-code/No-code/BaaS platforms (e.g., Firebase)
- Knowledge of Webflow or other site builders
- Experience with AI for development and productivity
- Exposure to Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize
- Experience with digital tools in general (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).

- English: fluent reading, advanced listening, and basic conversation
