Renew Assistant

Renew Assistant will be responsible for encouraging and persuading fans to activate the automatic renewal of their subscriptions on the pages. This role will work in partnership with the operational teams of the pages, ensuring that the renewal process is efficient and aligned with established goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and apply renewal scripts to convince fans to activate the auto-renewal feature
• Collaborate with sales promoters to ensure a smooth transition between renewal and potential upselling opportunities
• Continuously update scripts and message templates to avoid repetition and saturation

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of Excel (Google Sheets) and Word (Google Docs)
• Ability to operate computers and social media with ease
• Availability to work on weekends when necessary and/or according to the weekly schedule
• Strong teamwork skills

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: 3x1 rotation (1 day from 4:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 2 days from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm BRT)

Compensation:

• USD $3.50 per hour + performance-based bonus
