Our client is looking for a full-time Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. You'll be the friendly, helpful voice behind our customer interactions—managing emails and live chats, supported by our AI chatbot

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat 
• Help review past interactions and optimize support workflows 
• Train and fine-tune our AI chatbot using ChatGPT 
• Work closely with the team to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) 
• Advanced experience using ChatGPT 
• Proficient with Grammarly 
• Expert-level Gmail skills 
• Familiarity with Shopify Admin (preferred) 
• Bonus: Experience with Tidio (chat software) 
• Organized, proactive, and available for 40 hours/week during PST business hours
